A - Z of Animal Curiosities
For this project I had to create a book of an Anthology. I decided to look into Animal Curiosities and find out more about them, for the book I have created 26 and A -Z of each animal I found fascinating and Introduced an illustration to accompany the facts. After developing some images I found that lots of people commented on how they wanted to colour the book in. Due to these comments I have created an colouring book .
Below I have put in a gallery with my favourite illustrations from the book. I have sold 9 copies so far and would love to see more. I have to get enough orders to make it cost effective to produce myself. If you find yourself wanting a gift for a family member or friend who enjoys colouring or just learning about the animals please get in-touch. It is family friendly though after doing surveys I have found children under the ages of 10 struggle to cope with the fine detail of some of the illustrations.
Each Illustration has facts about the animal a map of where you can find it and a quote from someone like Dian Fossey. There is also an animation linked with this which you can view on Youtube, it is a time-lapse of me drawing an colouring in an illustration featured in the book.
